6. Do you accept all kinds of jewelry?
We accept ONLY precious metal jewelry and genuine precious gems & diamonds, including broken gold. Please do not send costume jewelry as we cannot return these items.
7. How much do you pay for broken gold jewelry?
When we receive your scrap gold, our experts will weight and determine the purity of precious metal your items contain. In addition, any precious gems or diamonds will be graded according to their quality.
8. Once I sell my jewelry how long will it take to get paid?
A check will be sent out within 24 hours of us receiving your merchandise, excluding weekends & Holidays. Please allow 10 working days for us to receive your package or you can call 1-800-494-4940 for information on your package
9. Do I have to use your gold kit to sell my jewelry?
