Diamonds & Gold For Cash shall be know as "D&GFC" as set forth below

Requirements For Use

You must be at least (18) years of age to conduct business with Diamonds & Gold For Cash as well be the actual legal owner of any and all gold & diamond jewelry and other property sold or attempting to be sold to Diamonds & Gold For Cash and acting on your own behalf and not as the agent or representative of any other person. D&GFC may request documentation as proof of compliance with these requirements.

Guaranty Against Loss

If a loss occurs that you properly shipped to D&GFC in accordance with the instructions and procedures set forth on the D&GFC web site, we will guaranty you against such loss subject to the following terms & conditions:

D&GFC 's liability will be limited to one third (1/3) of the value of the total content or Eighty-Five ($85) Dollars, whichever is less. If you believe you gold, diamond, jewelry or other property is worth more than $85, we recommend you insure your package for the additional amount. In addition, if you do not supply D&GFC with an original sales slip or appraisal issued prior to shipping to D&GFC for the lost contents, our maximum liability will be limited to Twenty ($20) Dollars.

This guaranty applies only to the special gold kit supplied by D&GFC and not your own packaging.

D&GFC in its sole discretion, reserves the right to reject delivery of any mail, envelope or package that appears to be tampered with, damaged, or opened and any such mail, envelope or package will be returned to the customer by the post office and D&GFC will have no liability to any customer for any such delivery or return of any such items.

Limitations of Liability

Except as expressly provided in these term & conditions, D&GFC will have no liability to you whatsoever, whether arising in connection with your use of D&GFC's web site, loss of gold or diamond jewelry or any other property or for any other reason, including without limitation, D&GFC own acts or omissions. In no event will D&GFC's liability to you exceed Eighty-Five ($85) Dollars. D&GFC will not be liable to anyone for any damages, including but not limited to, incidental, consequential, punitive, loss of profit or opportunity, other than as expressly set forth in these terms & conditions.
